1. Corporate Governance framework – Assist in composing a suitable corporate governance policy for client(s) for their business, industry and operations

2. Company incorporation and related matters – Assist in incorporating a subsidiary or any other structure in India, including secretarial services pertaining to company law matters

3. Business implementation – Assist in greenfield/ brownfield location assessment, setting up factories/ plants, discussion with State/ local authorities, land acquisition, etc

3. Management and human resources – Undertake a shadow management role for overseas clients, including monitoring operations, hiring and review of key personnel and MIS reporting

4. Business and indirect tax tax advisory and regulatory checks – Undertake various regulatory, taxation and commercial checks at regular intervals to ensure fiscal hygiene

5. Oversight programs – Assist in monitoring and act as a single point of contact for various third party service provider such as lawyers, customs brokers, distributors, etc

6. Processes and manuals – Assist in setting up processes and standard operating manuals for reference by relevant company personnel
